SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Soà Stockholm delivers to all countries within the EU. We send your order within 2 days and it normally arrives 5-7 days later for all orders outside of Sweden, or 1-3 days within Sweden. You will receive a notification upon the order confirmation as well as when your package has arrived. Soà Stockholm offers free shipping for all orders in Sweden and has a fixed shipping rate of 90 SEK for European orders. RETURNS

Once you have received your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you decide to make a return, simply write our customer service to notify us. You do not need to state a special reason for making a return, however, the product must be in unchanged condition and in unopened packaging. In the event of a canceled purchase, you are responsible for the shipping back to us. As soon as we have received the return and checked the condition of the goods, we will refund you! If you wish to change color or product, contact us via email or instagram DM and we will help you.
